摘    要:针对大中型电站常采用2台水泵并联组成锅炉给水系统的特点,在管路特性不变的情况下,在以单台泵所能提供的最大流量为分界点的两侧流量变化范围内,介绍了"双泵恒速"、"双泵同步调速"、"双泵非同步调速"、"单泵调速"、"单泵恒速"几种运行方案;利用最小二乘法和水泵相似原理分别得出系统中水泵、电机、调速器在不同流量下的特性方程及相关转速、效率、能耗的计算公式;通过解析方法对各种运行方案进行经济性分析与评价,并给出在不同变流量范围内的最优运行方式,为相关技术、管理人员提供必要的理论依据。

Operation Optimizing of Power Station Boiler Feed-water Pump Under Variable Load

Abstract:In view of the power station boilers used by the two pumps connected in parallel feedwater system,first,under the condition of the same pipeline characteristics,there are multi-plans in the flow range on both sides of the maximum flow point provided by a single pump,which is "double pump constant speed","double pumps synchronous governing speed","double pump non-synchronous governing speed","single pump governing speed" or "single pump constat speed"; second,the theory of least squares method and the similar theory of pump are used to deduce the characteristic equation for the pump,motors,governor of the system under different flow,and the formulas about rotational speed,efficiency and energy consumption; finally the economy of each operating plan is analyzed and estimated by the analytical method,and the optimum operating mode in the scope of different flow is given,which may provide the necessary theory basis for project designers and operation managers.
