| 摘 要： | 露天开采程序的基本要求是在满足生产能力要求的条件下,既能安全持续生产,又能花费少的投资和生产费用获得最大的经济效益。在考虑这些因素的基础上,使用"拉开档次法"构建评价模型对矿山开采程序进行评价,使其更加科学。阐述了使用"拉开档次法"评价模型确定矿山开采程序的方法和步骤,最后结合某金属矿山进行了实例分析。

| Abstract: | The basic requirement of open pit mining procedure was that it could not only conduct safety production, but also achieve most economic benefits with less investment and production expenses under the condition to meet the needs of capacity. Based on these factors, weight coefficient method was used to establish an estimation model to estimate the mine mining procedure, so as to make the procedure more rational.
