摘    要:介绍了某超超临界锅炉高温过热器T92/HR3C异种钢焊接接头发生的一种较罕见的断裂失效形式,通过对失效试件断口形貌特征、胀粗管段的硬度分布规律及金相组织进行试验分析.并结合失效试件的制造工艺和运行工况进行原因分析,推断焊后热处理工艺控制不当导致T92侧母材金相组织异常和力学性能下降是导致异种钢过渡段发生胀粗和断裂失效的...

Abstract:An infrequent fracture failure of T92/HR3C dissimilar steel welded joints of an USC final superheater was analyzed by hardness distribution and microstructure.Meanwhile,manufacture process and equipment operating conditions were investigated.The results indicate that post welding heat treatment process has a great influence on the weld line,the microstructure and mechanical property of T92 steel.The relevant suggestion was put forward to strictly control post welding heat treatment process.The microstructur...
