基于GPIB接口的某红外部件自动测试系统设计

摘    要:某红外部件是某红外成像跟踪系统的关键部件。为了提高该部件的测试精度和效率,设计了一种基于GPIB的红外电子部件自动测试系统。该自动测试系统采用虚拟仪器技术,硬件平台基于GPIB总线,软件系统以LabVIEW为开发平台。实践表明,该自动测试系统满足了该红外部件自动测试的需求,能够提高实验室的工作效率,具有良好的工程应用意义。

Abstract:The infrared unit plays a key part in a infrared tracking system.In order to improve the test precision and efficiency of this infrared unit,an automatic test system based on GPIB is designed.The virtual instrument technology is employed in this system,the hardware is based on GPIB and the software is developed based on LabVIEW.Experiments show that the automatic test system meets the automated test requirements of the infrared unit,and it also can improved the efficiency of experiment,and it has a good effect on engineering application.
