摘    要:为了使测量结果更加科学,其不确定度的评定就越来越重要。在运用X射线荧光光谱法测定钒钛磁铁矿中铁、钛、钙、镁、铝、铬、钒、硅、硫、磷、锰、铜、钴、镍等14种元素,应用现代统计学理论对其分析结果不确定度的产生原因进行分析,同时对这14种元素含量测定结果的不确定度进行了分析和评定。

Abstract:In order to make the measurement results more scientific,the evaluation of uncertainty becomes more and more important.In the process of determination of the 14 elements of Fe,Ti,Ca,Mg,Al,Cr,V,Si,S,P,Mn,Cu,Co and Ni in the vanadium-titanium magnetite ore by using X-ray fluorescence spectrographic method,the modern statistics theory is adopted to analyze the reasons why the uncertainty exists.On the basis of it,the uncertainty of the respective contents of these 14 elements is also analyzed and evaluated.
