摘    要:用响应面法研究了微波法提取扶芳藤抗氧化物质的最佳工艺。考察了乙醇体积分数(X1)、乙醇用量(X2)、提取时间(X3)、提取温度(X4)4个因素的影响。微波提取的优化工艺条件是:乙醇体积分数49.4%、乙醇用量44 mL、提取时间9 m in、提取温度41℃,与模型预测值基本相符。说明微波方法可较好地应用于扶芳藤抗氧化物质的提取,通过响应面法得到一个能较好预测实验结果的模型方程。

Abstract:Response surface method(RSM) was used to study the technology of the extraction of the antioxidant component in Euonymus fortunei(Turcz.)Hand.-Mazz.with microwave.The optimal conditions for microwave extraction were:concentration of alcohol 49.4%,alcohol consumption 44 mL,extraction time 9 min and extraction temperature 41 ℃.The experimental values agreed with the predicted values.Thus microwave can be used in the extraction of the antioxidant components in Euonymus fortunei(Turcz.)Hand.-Mazz.and a model equation that can be used to predict the experiment was get through the response surface method.
