| 摘 要： | 通过室内实验研究，考察了高、中、低渗透地层中内外泥饼与屏蔽式暂堵的关系，并研究了去掉外泯饼和不去掉外泥饼时，钻井液和水泥浆对岩心的综合损害。研究结果表明，对渗透率不同的地层，内外泥饼所起的作用是不一样的。外泥饼的渗透率比近井地带内泥饼的渗透率低１～３个数量级。尤其是高渗透率地层，外泥饼的作用至关重要，一旦外泥饼被破坏，屏蔽带渗透率升高，损害加重。内外泥饼越致密，就越能有效地阻止固相和液相的侵入。所

| Abstract: | It is studied to know the relationship between internal and external mud cake and reservoir protection by experiments, and the damage degree of drilling fluid and cement slurry is studied in condition of removing external mud cake and no-removing external mud cake. It indicates that the best effect of reservoir protection is gained by the common action of internal and external mud cake. |
