铝粉氮气雾化和分级生产过程集成优化控制系统

摘    要:在分析铝粉氮气雾化分级过程的特点和优化控制要求的基础上,设计了基于工控机和PLC以及现场I/O模块的分布式控制系统,实现了雾化和分级过程的集成控制.利用神经网络和遗传算法对铝粉氮气雾化过程进行建模和实施优化控制,提高了铝粉的雾化效果和细粉率,保证了生产的安全稳定运行.

Abstract:On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of aluminum powder nitrogen atomization and classification process and requirements for optimization control, a distributed control system based on industrial control PC, PLC and field bus I/O modules is presented to perform the integrated control of atomization and classification process. By using neural networks and genetic algorithms, the modeling and optimization control is implemented to improve the aluminum powder atomization effect and guarantee safely and stability of the production.
