基于有限元法的电动振动台试验仿真研究

摘    要:对电动振动台试验仿真技术进行探讨,包括电动振动台有限元模型的建立、边界条件的模拟、驱动力的模拟与施加、试验条件的仿真等.然后以某电动振动台为例,建立并修正能反映其本身动态特性的有限元模型,在此基础上采用有限元法对某试件的振动台试验进行仿真计算,并与试件真实振动台试验进行对比研究.结果表明,仿真计算结果对试件在共振峰频段的动态响应提供较好的预测,在高频非共振峰频段,仿真结果与试验结果有所差异,分析差异产生的可能原因.

Abstract:Simulation technology of vibration tests was investigated on electrodynamic vibration generators,including the finite element modeling of the electrodynamic vibration generator,equivalence of boundary conditions,analogy and appending of driving force,simulation of testing conditions et al.As an example,a finite element model that can reflect the real dynamic properties of a certain electrodynamic vibration generator was created and updated.Then numerical simulation of vibration tests was carried out on a certain specimen attached on the electrodynamic vibration generator,and the simulated results were compared with the real tests carried on the electrodynamic vibration generator.The comparison shows that the simulation results provide favorable prediction to the real vibration testing ones in the range of resonant peak area;there are some differences in the range of high frequency area without resonant peak value,the probable reasons of differences are analyzed.
