三插溪水电站设计优化特点

摘    要:浙江三插溪水电站工程建设过程中,采用了多项优化设计成果,主要有:坝型选择;筑坝材料,坝坡设计,坝顶结构优化,坝基处理优化,溢洪道部分泄槽坐落在冲沟回填的碾压堆石体上;发电引水隧道大量采用了锚喷支护结构形式;机组供水系统采用自流减压供水方式;电站采用以计算机监控系统为主,以常规监控为辅的运行方式等,电站自1998年8月投入发电运行以来,各项水工建筑物和设备都能按设计要求正常运行,经济效益和社会效益显著,说明优化设计是成功的。该项工程设计被评为浙江省建设工程钱江杯(优秀勘察设计)一等奖。

Abstract:In the construction of the Sanchaxi hydropower project in Zhejiang Province, many optimal design results have been adopted, such as the selection of dam type; the optimization of dam construction materials, dam slope design, dam crest structure and dam foundation treatment; some chutes of spillway are located in the roller compaction rockfill body filled in gully; the diversion tunnel for power generation adopts many types of anchor injection support structure; the water supply system adopts the way of gravity flow for reducing pressure; the station adopts the operation way of taking the computer supervisory system as main, concurrently with the common monitoring and control. Since it was put into generation in August 1998, all hydraulic structures and equipment have operated normally in accordance with the requirements of design and have gained outstanding economic and social benefits, which shows the optimal design is successful. This design of the project was awarded as the first prize (Qianjiang Cup) of construction projects in Zhejiang Province.
