摘    要:介绍了基于九点控制器原理的热媒加热炉换热器温度控制系统.该控制系统主要包括控制逻辑模块、数据通信模块(OPC通信协议)、人机界面等.阐述了加热炉换热器温度控制系统的原理及其组成,并在仿真平台上对控制系统进行仿真验证.结果表明,该控制系统能够较好地实现对热媒加热炉换热器温度的控制,达到了预期的控制效果,进一步验证了基于九点控制器的热媒加热炉换热器温度控制系统具有较好的发展前景.

Abstract:This paper introduces the temperature control system of heat furnance which is based on the nine-point controller. The control system includes a control module, communication module(OPC communication protocol), human-computer interface mod- ule. This paper introduces the principle and the components of the heating furnace temperature control system of heat exchangers. And simulation of the control algorithm in the PLC emulator and MATLAB software. The tests showed that the temperature control system to achieve better control the temperature of the furnace heat exchanger to achieve the desired control effect, and further vali- date the broad application and development prospects of the nine-point controller.
