可调叶片高比转速混流泵内部流场数值模拟

摘    要:运用商用软件Fluent,采用雷诺时均N-S方程、标准k-ε湍流模型、流体机械模型中的多重参考坐标系模型(MRF),对不同安放角的3个高比转速混流泵模型进行了数值模拟与结果分析.主要分析了设计工况下0°安放角的模型叶轮进口最高点截面的绝对速度和静压分布.详细分析和比较了3个模型的叶片压力面静压分布云图、叶片压力面相对速度分布云图、导叶压力面静压分布云图,捕捉到了安放角为+4°时叶片进口接近轮缘处流体撞击轮缘形成的小回流.简要分析了安放角为0°的模型泵导叶压力面相对速度分布,可知导叶充分发挥了其转能与消除环量的作用.分析结果揭示了高比转速混流泵内部流动规律.
