复合绝缘子运行状况评估方法

摘    要:为了对运行中的复合绝缘子进行评价,作者抽取了14支在上海地区运行的复合绝缘子,对其进行了各种项目的检测,包括憎水性、红外光谱分析、自然污闪试验、热刺激电流试验等。各种测试的结果表明,这些运行中的复合绝缘子在运行10年后,各项性能并没有出现明显降低,仍满足正常的运行需要。

Abstract:To evaluate the composite insulators being put into operation,the authors carried out sample survey for 14 pieces of composite insulators being operated in Shanghai region and such detection items as hydrophobicity test,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),natural pollution flashover test,thermally stimulated currents(TSC) and so on are performed.The results from various tests show that the evident deterioration of performances of these tested composite insulators,which are put into operation for ten years,does not take place,their performances can still meet the requirements of normal operation and can be used reliably.
