摘    要:通过熔融接枝的方法制备了高分子型界面相容剂HDPE-g-MAH,并将其应用于HDPE/CaCO3填充体系,考查了HDPE-g-MAH对HDPE/CaCO3填充体系的增容效果和增容机理。结果显示,HDPE-g-MAH有效提高了HDPE/CaCO3两相组分的界面黏结,使复合材料的力学性能有明显的改善。

Abstract:Interfaeial eompatibilizer HDPE-g-MAH for nano-meter CaCO3/HDPE composite was prepared by means of melt extrusion-grafting. The effect and mechanism of HDPE-g-MAH on the composite were studied. The result showed interface bonding was formed between nano-meter CaCO3 and HDPE matrix, which improved the mechanical properties of the composite obviously.
