大孔吸附树脂分离纯化麦胚黄酮工艺研究

摘    要:选择6种大孔吸附树脂,分别测定了它们对麦胚中黄酮的吸附率和解吸率,筛选出较优的麦胚黄酮吸附剂,并对其动态吸附性能进行了考察,结果表明:AB-8树脂对麦胚黄酮有较好的吸附和解吸效果。

Abstract:Through a comparison among six types of macroporous resin,their adsorption and desorption capacity for the flavonoids of wheat germ were determined,the optimal adsorbent for the flavonoids of wheat germ was decided,and its dynamic adsorbing behavior was studied.The experimental result shows that AB-8 resin possesses relatively high adsorption and desorption capacity for the flavonoids of wheat germ.
