居住建筑标准化外窗应用存在的问题与对策研究

摘    要:为规范民用建筑外窗的生产和应用管理,提高外窗技术水平和综合性能,江苏省发布了DGJ32/J157—2013《居住建筑标准化外窗系统应用技术规程》,对建筑外窗的性能指标提出了更高的要求。通过对徐州地区既有居住建筑外窗及标准化外窗使用情况实地调查,结合标准化外窗应用示范工程,根据规范对外窗传热系数、附框安装、技术导则等方面进行深入分析,提出了现有标准化外窗应用存在的问题及对策。

Problems and Countermeasures for Installing Standardized External Windows in Residential Buildings
Abstract:In order to regulate the production and installation management of external windows in residential buildings, as well as to improve the technical level and combination performance, the“Technical Specification for Application of Standard External Window System of Residential Buildings”(DGJ32/J157—2013) has been published with presentation about higher requirements for external windows’ properties. According to the field investigation of external windows in residential buildings and typical projects for standardized external windows, heat transfer coefficient, additive frame installation and guide rules are analyzed deeply. Finally, problems and countermeasures for existing standardized external windows are expounded.
