压缩空气溶液除湿系统分析

摘    要:为了祛除压缩空气中的水蒸气,采用溶液除湿系统对压缩空气进行干燥。建立了压缩空气溶液除湿系统的分析模型,进行了损率和效率计算。并和国内目前普遍使用的压缩空气冷冻除湿方法、冷冻-吸附除湿方法进行分析比较。结果表明,采用溶液除湿系统对压缩空气进行干燥的效率为62.5%,比常规的冷冻除湿系统57.4%和冷冻-吸附除湿系统57%更节能,具有较大的节能潜力。

Exergy Analysis on Compressed-air Liquid-desiccant Dehumidification System
Abstract:In order to obtain dry compressed air, liquid-desiccant dehumidification system is utilized to compressed air. Exgery analysis model of compressed-air liquid-desiccant dehumidification system is also established to calculate exergy loss rate and exergy efficiency in comparison with the conventional refrigeration dehumidification system and refrigeration -absorption dehumidification system. The results show that the exergy efficiency of liquid-desiccant dehumidification system is 62.5%, which is 57.4% in refrigeration dehumidification system and 57% in refrigeration - absorption dehumidification system respectively. Liquid-desiccant dehumidification of compressed air system is deem to energy conservation with large energy saving potential.
