摘    要:以广州某汽车内饰车间为例,介绍了分层空调负荷计算模型,并在负荷计算基础上对采用不同类型制冷主机的经济性进行对比,以选择最佳制冷机组。车间内选择4台变风道组合空调器,送风方式采用全面降温+岗位送风方式。为保证车间内空调效果,借助CFD软件对车间内气流组织进行模拟,模拟结果表明人员活动区温度在26~28℃之间,过道和设备区域温度在29~33℃之间,满足车间内使用要求。

Layered Air Conditioning System Design and Air Distribution Simulation of a Tall Plant
Abstract:Taking a car interiors shop in Guangzhou as an example, the stratified air conditioning load calculation model is described, different types of refrigeration are compared to select the best refrigeration scheme. Four channel combining VAV air conditioners are selected for workshop, with the comprehensive cooling of air supply + post air supply. To ensurethe air conditioning effect in workshop, the CFD software is utilized to simulate airflow inside the workshop. Simulation results show that the temperature in the area of human activity between 26~28 ℃, aisles and equipment area at a temperature between 29~33 ℃, meet the requirements of the workshop.
