摘    要:以高校学生宿舍为研究对象,采用DeST软件进行建筑能耗模拟,分析了外窗材料、室内温度、室内湿度与通风次数等因素对建筑能耗的影响,采用SPSO-BP模型对影响建筑能耗的6个主要因素进行数据分析,建立预测模型,结合建筑实际节能潜力,给出了高校宿舍建筑能耗的定额指标。

Application of SPSO-BP Model in the Analysis of Energy Consumption of University Buildings
Abstract:The dormitory in university was chosen as the object of the research. The energy con-sumption was simulated by DeST, and the effects of materials of outside windows, temperature indoor, humidity indoor, hand ventilating time were analyzed. The relationship between six main factors and the energy consumption was studied using SPSO-BP model, and the prediction model was built. The quota criterion of building energy consumption was gained based on the energy-saving potential of the dormi-tory building.
