环境实验室制冷系统仿真分析

摘    要:针对环境实验室的制冷系统建立了仿真模型,求解出系统在室外环境35℃/24℃时不同室内目标温度下的运行参数,并利用实测的方法测出了系统运行时部分重要参数。在验证过仿真模型正确性的基础上,根据环境实验室制冷系统运行的特点提出了一种冷凝器、蒸发器分别交叉使用的制冷系统。与原有制冷系统相比,新的方案的制冷量和COP有所提高。

Simulation Analysis of Refrigeration System in Environmental Laboratory
Abstract:The simulation model is established for the environmental laboratory. The method of measurement is utilized to test important parameters of the system. The operating parameters of different indoor target temperatures are obtained in outdoor environment 35 ℃/24 ℃. On the basis of verifying the correctness simulation model, according to the characteristics of the refrigeration system in the environmental laboratory, a refrigeration system for condenser and evaporator is presented. Compared with the original refrigeration system, the new scheme has the increase of the cooling capacity and COP.
