摘 要: | 定量评价农宅的节能潜力对激发农户参与节能改造的意愿有一定引导作用,对国家及地方政府的节能减排工作也具有重要的参考价值。以夏热冬冷地区为例,构建评价指标体系,运用序关系法确定指标权重,计算灰色加权关联度得到潜力评价结果,并通过算例演示评价过程。结果显示:评价无需大量统计数据,对样本无典型分布要求;基准建筑作为预设目标,所提供的能耗与成本等信息能有效引导主体参与意愿。研究结论:基于灰色关联分析的农宅节能潜力评价方法,能对新建或改造农宅的节能潜力作出量化评价,并给出拟建项目的优劣排序。

Energy-saving Potential of Rural House Based on Gray Relational Analysis:A case study in hot summer and cold winter zone |

Abstract: | Evaluating energy-saving potential of rural house has important significance for farmers’ willingness and government’s energy-saving work. Taking the hot summer and cold winter zone as studied region, the paper constructed potential evaluation model combining rank correlation analysis and gray correlation analysis, and a calculation was made. The results showed that, the data can be less and not meet the statistical requirements;the energy consumption and life cycle cost of benchmark building can stimulate the willingness of farmers. Therefore, the model provided a new and feasible quantity method to evaluate the energy-saving potential of rural house, and give the rank of the proposed energy-saving projects. |
