熔渣发泡原理研究

摘    要:对实际炼钢渣的发泡性能进行了定量研究,测定了不同发泡性能熔渣的表面张力和粘度,建立了泡沫渣的发泡幅度的理论模型并对模型参数进行了讨论。结果表明,发泡幅度随熔渣粘度增大及表面张力减小而增大,熔渣中悬浮的固相粒子对泡沫稳定有着特殊贡献。

Abstract:Slag foaming characteristics, together with its surface tension and viscosity were quantitatively studied for steel making slag. The theoretical model for slag foaming degree was established and the parameters discussed. It was found the foaming degree increased with the increasing of viscosity and the decreasing of surface tension; the suspended solid particles made greater contribution to the foam stability.
