| 摘 要： | 在大批量生产,同时需要产品全检的工业领域中,为了完成对所有产品的质量检测,多通道检测设备往往拥有比单通道设备更快的检测速度与性价比.本文介绍一种低成本多通道采集系统的实现方式,使用MCS51作为系统的处理器.通过多芯片协同工作,分别控制多路开关采样的方法,基于M块采集板与N路多路开关电路,实现M×N路通道的采集系统,达到尽可能的低成本与尽可能的多通道.本文主要分析单板的多路开关采样和多芯片通讯的实现方法.

| Abstract: | To achieve the quality detection for mass production,multi-channel data acquisition system is needed.It is better than single-channel data acquisition system in speed and performance/price ratio.In this paper,a low-cost and multi-channel data acquisition system is introduced.The system is based on processor MCS51,and achieved by multi-chip simultaneous work and multiplex switch sampling.In this paper,we emphasize on multiplex switch sampling by MCS51 and multi-chip communication. |
