| 摘 要： | 建筑节能是全社会节能的重要组成部分,对于改善居住环境、提高建筑品质、促进国民经济可持续发展具有重要作用。施工图审查是把好建筑节能关的重要环节。文章针对当前建筑节能设计变更中存在的问题,从施工图审查的视角对成因从技术、管理等方面进行了分析、研究。并结合管理的实践,从技术管理、流程管理、审查人员队伍建设等方面提出了对策建议,对加强建筑节能设计变更管理,提高建筑节能技术水平有较好的参考作用。

| Abstract: | Building energy efficiency is an important part of saving energy for the whole society, of improving the living environment and construction quality and of promoting sustainable development of the national economy. Construction drawing review is an essential part of a good review. The paper mainly forces on some existing issues when building energy efficiency design changes and analysis on the cause of them from a technical and administrative aspect. The article also put forward some suggestions from the terms of technology management, process management and review personnel training combined with their own management practices. It is expected that the article would serve as a good reference in improving the administration of architectural energy efficiency design changes and the technology in architectural energy efficiency design. |
