摘    要:高速加工中心双托板交换装置的快速抬起机构,以油缸为动力驱动移动凸轮,准确实现了抬起装置在全程抬起运行中的快速、平稳、无冲击、噪音小。凸轮的轮廓曲线由两段直线、一段斜线、四段抛物线吻接而成,加速和减速区间凸轮的轮廓曲线设计为抛物线,抛物线加速度为常数,使抬起机构变速时冲击最小。

Abstract:The quickly lifting mechanism of the dual pallet changer of high-speed machining center can make accurately lift quickly, smoothly, and with no impacts and low noise during the whole process through cylinder driving moving cam. The profile curve of the cam is linked by two sections of straight line, one section of slant line and four sections of parabolic curve. The sections of acceleration and deceleration of cams are designed as parabolic curve. The acceleration of parabolic curve is a constant which results in minimum impacts at the speed change of lifting mechanism.
