广东中珠电网电磁解环运行的机网协调方案

摘    要:介绍广东中珠电网解环方式下的稳控系统控制策略。并基于频率动态特性分析,对系统进行仿真计算,得出稳控系统动作对中珠电网频率变化的影响,提出相关机组OPC、高频切机,低频解列、低频减载等措施协调配合的整定原则。

Abstract:The control strategy of Guangdong Zhong-Zhu Power Grid in the operation mode of electromagnetic ring rejection is introduced. Based on dynamic characteristics analysis of frequency, simulation of the grid is performed to evaluate the impacts of the actions of the stability control system on the frequency, and furthermore the setting principle of OPC of relative generators, over-frequency generator tripping, under-frequency disconnection and under-frequency load shedding is proposed.
