棉筒子纱低温前处理的新工艺

摘    要:选用实验室自合成低温催化氧漂助剂XTA,以低温工艺对棉纱进行前处理,比较低温前处理工艺与传统前处理工艺的处理效果.结果表明,在低温(70℃)条件下,双氧水对棉纱漂白能力较弱,助剂XTA可催化双氧水分解出有效成分,与棉纤维上的色素及杂质发生持续反应,达到漂白效果,与传统前处理工艺(105℃)相比,采用低温前处理工艺所得棉纱的白度、毛效、强力和棉籽壳去除度一致,且可大幅降低处理温度.

A new process of low-temperature pretreatment to cotton yarn
Abstract:By selecting laboratory synthesized low-temperature peroxide bleaching catalyst XTA,the cotton yarn was pretreated with low-temperature process,the treatment effect was compared with traditional pretreament process.It is found that the hydrogen peroxide bleaching of cotton yarn is weak at a low temperature (70 ℃),and the XTA will catalyze the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide and react with pigment and impurities on cotton yarn,to achive the bleaching effect.The whiteness,capillary effect,strength of cotton yarn pretreated by lowtemperature are like the ones pretreated by traditional high-temperature (105℃)scouring and bleaching pretreatment of cotton yarn.The new process can significantly reduce the processing temperature.
