新烟碱类杀虫剂定量构效关系及杀虫作用机理的研究进展

综述了烟碱、烟碱类似物和新烟碱类杀虫剂的定量构效关系及其杀虫作用机理的研究进展,重点介绍了新烟碱类杀虫剂与烟碱样乙酰胆碱受体的结合模型,并指出在对新烟碱类杀虫剂构效关系进行深入研究的基础上,从分子水平对其作用机理进行研究,将为解决新烟碱类杀虫剂存在的问题,更好地应用、开发此类杀虫剂提供理论基础。

Review of Studies on the QSAR and Mechanism of Neonicotinoid Insecticides

In this article the advances in research on the QSAR and mechanism of nicotine and nicotine analogues and neonicotinoid insecticides were reviewed. The paper lay emphasis on the binding model of neonicotinoid insecticides and nicotine acetylcholine receptors (nAChRs). And it was pointed out that the studying on the effect mechanism of neonicotinoid insecticides from molecule level, on the basis the deeply studying of the SAR of neonicotinoid insecticides, would provide a theoretical basis for resolving some problems on neonicotinoid insecticides, applying and developing them much better.
