旋转钻机螺旋钻杆的优化设计

摘    要:旋转钻机的螺旋钻杆是实现快速优质钻进的重要部件。为了提高钻进效率,选择螺旋钻杆的输煤能力为优化设计的目标建立数学模型.以螺旋钻杆结构参数(螺距、钻杆轴径)及螺旋转速为变量,并利用MATLAB优化工具箱进行计算获得螺旋钻杆结构参数的最优值。提高了螺旋钻杆的输送能力。优化结果对螺旋钻杆的设计、对钻机的改进具有重要的指导作用和工程应用价值。
