| 摘 要： | 研究以水浮莲叶为原料制取叶绿素铜钠的工艺,通过正交试验找出最佳工艺条件为:用95%乙醇在70℃提取1h,5%NaOH溶液皂化50min,20%CuSO4溶液铜代40min,2%NaOH溶液成盐。按本工艺条件所得水浮莲叶的叶绿素铜钠产品符合GB3262-82标准,得率(以鲜叶计)为0.70%～0.80%。
