甲醇气相羰基化非铑非卤素新催化体系研究Ⅵ.催化活性及催化剂结构表征

摘    要:制备了一系列非负载含钼催化剂并考察了甲醇直接气相羰基化活性 ,采用扫描电镜 -电子显微探针 (SEM -EMPA)及XRD对其进行了结构表征。结果表明 :具有晶态结构的MoS2 几乎没有羰化活性 ,而非晶态结构的催化剂呈现较高的羰基化活性 ,对于非晶态结构催化剂S/Mo原子比高 ,羰基化活性增大 ;对甲醇直接气相羰基化具有高活性、高选择性的新型硫化Mo/C催化剂 ,其活性相结构为非晶态 ,活性组成为S/Mo原子比等于 2 .5。

Abstract:In this paper, a series of non supported Mo catalysts are prepared. Their catalytic performances for methanol direct vapor phase carbonylation are compared; structure of catalysts is characterized with SEM-EMPA and XRD. The result shows that the crystalline structure MoS 2 catalyst has a little carbonylation activity; however the non crystalline structure MoS 2 catalyst has a higher activity; and that the carbonylation activity will be enhanced with the molar ratio of Mo/S increases. A novel Mo/C catalyst, which has a high activity and selectivity for methanol vapor phase carbonylation, whose active phase is the non crystalline phase, the active component is present as MoS 2.5 on the surface of activated carbon.
