变电站微机继电保护培训系统的研制

针对目前变电站运行人员培训以纯软件仿真为主,培训场地无保护、监控等二次设备与现场环境有较大差距的现状,介绍一种新的变电站微机继电保护培训系统方案。该系统采用真实的保护装置和监控系统,并用多台微机保护测试仪产生与实际变电站相同的真实二次信号。该培训系统平台有进行变电站一次系统组态、设备操作和变电站综自监控实训等功能,可广泛用于电力系统运行、保护、调度等人员的岗位技术培训。

Research and development of substation microcomputer relay protection training system

According to nowadays substation operation training only by simulation-based software without the security, monitoring, and secondary equipment, a new substation microcomputer relay protection training system was designed in this paper. The system uses real protection devices and monitoring system, at the same time gets real secondary signals by using multi microcomputer protection test equipment. The training system can be used in training for substation primary system configuration, substation operation, and integrated substation automation monitoring etc.
