柔性研磨回转体去毛刺技术

摘    要:研制了一种去除回转体机械零件棱边和毛刺的设备,该设备将金刚砂制成半流体状砂浆,当回转体机械零件在砂浆中高速旋转时,其上的棱边和毛刺与砂粒高速碰撞,将棱边磨成圆弧面,尖角磨成球面,而曲率半径大的表面磨削量极其微小.并与砂轮齿轮倒角技术进行了对比,总结出了柔性研磨回转体去毛刺技术的优点.

Abstract:This paper develops a devise deburring the edge and burr of revolving parts, which makes emery into semi-liquid mortar. Therefore, the parts rotate at high speed in the mortar and the. edges and burr are colliding with sand at high speed, making edges circular and sharp comer spherical with little surfacing in surfaces of large radius of curvatures. In addition, this paper compares this technology with gear chamfer technology of grinding wheels and finds the advantages of flexibility abrasive deburring technology.
