| 摘 要： | 20世纪初江湾曾被作为上海新的市政中心进行规划建设,而今在“多心开敞”的21世纪上海城市构架中,江湾又成为承担多个中心功能的城市副中心。作者从“功能-结构”关系入手,分析了江湾城市副中心北块的功能定住和发展优势,并从规划结构、空间布局、交通组织等方面对其进行了研究。

| Abstract: | At the beginning of 20th century. Jiangwan was once planned and built as city centre of Shanghai. Nowadays, in the new century, Jiangwan has become a sub-centre with multi-functions. From "function-structure", the paper analyzes the functions and the development advantages of the North Jiangwan and studies it from planning structure, spatial layout and transportation. |
