金川二矿区贫矿选矿工艺的研究

摘    要:采用新型组合抑制剂CA-PN以及高效选择性改性组合捕收剂A-214,处理金川二矿区含镁高的低品位镍铜矿。在一段磨矿75% ̄0.08mm,自然pH介质条件下,经一粗二精二扫工艺流程,获得浮选精矿含Ni7.09%,Cu3.90%,MgO6.25%,Ni回收率76.30%,Cu回收率78.51%的闭路试验结果,技术指标达到国内先进水平。

Abstract:The novel composite depressor CA|PN and highly effective and selective modified composite collector A|214 have been applied to treat low grade nickel|copper ore with high magnesium content in NO.2 Mining Area of Jinchuan. Under the condition of one |stage grinding to 75% -0^08mm and natural pH value, after the technological flow of one roughing, two concentratings and two scavengings, the following closed|circuit test results can be obtained: the flotation concentrate contains Ni 7^09%, Cu 3^90% and MgO 6^25%; the Ni recovery is 76^30% and Cu recovery 78^51%. The technical results have attained the advanced domestic level.
