摘    要:姚孟发电有限责任公司1号锅炉是国产第一台300MW机组UP型直流锅炉,为解决锅炉运行可靠性和调峰性能差的问题,姚电公司采用了英国三井巴布科克能源有限公司的低质量流速、具有正流量响应的垂直管圈水冷壁技术,对1号炉进行改造。改造后的锅炉运行状况表明:锅炉运行可靠性、经济性和调峰能力均有显著提高,为国内同行进行类似的锅炉改造提供了经验和借鉴。图7表4参7

Abstract:The original No.1 boiler of Henan Yaomeng Power Generation Corp.Ltd.was the first homemade 300MW UP-type once-through boiler. In order to solve poor reliability and peaking performance of it, YPGL had used the new technique of low mass velocity,positive flow response,vertical tube coil waterwall of Mitsui Babcock Energy Corp.Ltd..The operating status of boiler after retrofit showed that the operating reliability,economics and peaking capability of boiler were evidently improved.This will provided the experience and reference for the similar retrofit of utility boiler. Figs 7, tables 4 and refs 7.
