龙滩电站洞室群围岩锚固中的新材料和新工艺

摘    要:龙滩水电站发电地下洞室群围岩锚固设计中,为确保洞室群围岩稳定、提高支护材料耐久性、加快施工进度、简化施工工艺,根据设计论证,通过现场试验,已成功地采用了水泥药卷预应力锚杆和无粘结防腐预应力锚索、喷钢纤维混凝土、喷聚丙烯微纤维混凝土等新材料和新工艺。这保证了工程质量,确保了发电工期。

Abstract:During the anchorage design of the underground powerhouse surrounding rocks of Longtan Hydropower Station, In order to guarantee steady of surrounding rocks, raise the endurance of support material, speed up constrction and simplification constrction technique, On the basis of design demonstration, By means of on-site test, New materials and new techniques such as cement-roll prestressed bolt, preservation non-bond prestressed tendon, steel fibre shotcrete and polypropylene fibre shotcrete have been adopted successfully. So it guarantees the project quality and the generation schedule and has the tremendous economic results.
