Burning faulty coal is tried out in a fixed-bed gasifier,to solve the problems of high coal price and production cost.Based on the characteristics of faulty coal,the process and operation are adjusted and drawn up to suit its properties,viz.,to decrease appropriately the intensity of blowing,readjust the quantity of steam used,prevent the coal bed from blown upside down,dented,tunnelled or lumped,and readjust the upward and downward blowing of nitrogen and air in quantity,with the result that experiences are accumulated,the cost is decreased,and the competitiveness of the enterprise is enhanced.
