| 摘 要： | 原循环流化床燃煤锅炉排渣装置采用人工间歇排渣,存在诸多不足之外。为此采用气垫床冷渣机改造成半自动排渣装置后,消除了安全隐患,改善了锅炉燃烧状态,充分利用了煤渣热能,保持了煤渣活性,减少了粉尘及对环境的污染,取得了满意的效果。

| Abstract: | The original tapping device of the circulating fluid-bed coal-fired boiler is worked manually for intermittent discharge,with many deficiencies,so the air-bed cold slag tap device is adopted to transform it into a semi-automatic tap device,removing hidden perils in safety,improving the combustion condition of the boiler,utilizing fully the heat energy of the coal slag,keeping the activity of the slag,reducing dust and contamination of the environment,with satisfactory results. |
