摘    要:建立了1720HC冷轧机工作机座的有限元模型,按1#轧机现场实际施加轧制力及载荷、约束后进行有限元模拟。计算了三种工况,分析弯辊技术、窜辊技术对轧辊有载辊缝形状的影响,进而为提高板形质量提供理论参考。

Abstract:The paper established the finite element analytical model of the housing of the 1720 HC cold mill, which is simulated by FEM method after applying the rolling force, load and bondage and constraint according the prac- tice of 1# mill. In the paper, the three working conditions are calculated which the effect from roll bending technique and roll shifting technique to the roll gap, and then provide theoretical reference to increase the quality of strip profile.
