全无轨机械化残矿回采技术在金山金矿的应用

摘    要:针对金山金矿0~162 m中段以前一直采用空场采矿法开采,并留有大量的边角矿、矿柱等残矿资源,创新性地将全无轨机械化开采技术应用于残矿回采。介绍了残矿整体回采方案及现场工业试验。试验取得了较好的技术经济指标:采矿生产能力162 t/d,采矿直接成本33.23元/t;推广应用获利3 000多万元,经济效益可观,且充分回收了宝贵矿产资源,社会效益显著。

Abstract:In light of the fact that open stope method being used in mining 0-162 m stage of Jinshan gold mine leaves large amounts of residual resources like offcut ore blocks and pillars,an innovative using trackless and mechanized approach is applied in the recovery of residues.The paper introduced the overall recovery design and field industrial tests.The approach achieved satisfactory economic indexes with the mining production of 162 t/d and direct mining costs of 33.23 yuan/t.the benefits from the promotion of application reach 30 million yuan indicating an enormous income and eminent social benefits by making full use of mineral resources.
