控制大纯滞后工业过程

摘    要:文章提出了一种新的大纯滞后过程的控制结构,简单实用。该系统不要求根据被控对象做出精确的预估模型,因而系统的鲁棒性好。主控制器采用常规的PI调节器来实现系统的控制,因而易于参数整定。在系统的闭环特征方程中不含纯滞后,因此纯滞后对系统的控制和暂稳态特性没有影响。因而本系统也可控制特大纯滞后系统或时变纯滞后系统。仿真结果表明在随动情况下,系统的控制效果比常规纯滞后控制系统有了很大提高;系统能快速地消除干扰对系统的影响,抗干扰能力强。

Abstract:A new control structure for time-delay systems is put forward in this paper which is simple and practical. The precise model is not necessary and the system's robustness is strong. PI controller is adopted and it is easy to adjust. Since time-delay term is not included in the character equation,it doesn't influence the system's stability and transient. And the structure can be used to control the systems with king-size time-delay. The simulation results show that the effect of control is better than conventional schemes in the servo systems; the ability of disturbance-rejection is strong and the disturbance can be eliminated rapidly.
