小型冲压设备智能安全保护装置的研究

摘    要:为建立一个能够智能识别冲压作业中人手和坯料的安全保护装置,使其满足冲压作业的安全性和进料的连续性要求,研究了人手温度和坯料温度分布的不同特点,提出了采用神经网络理论对人手和坯料进行分类识别,利用误差反向传播算法和支持向量机进行了仿真分类实验;重点讨论了安全装置的整体结构,主要控制模块的设计与实现,然后在BP快速算法的基础上采用C8051F206单片机进行冲压控制的新方法.

Abstract:To satisfy security of stamping technology and continuity of feeding materials and to design a novel safety device that can recognize man-hand and raw materials intelligently in the process of stamping, different characteristics of intensity between the temperature of man-hand and the temperature of raw materials are studled. A new method to recognize man-hand raw materials using neural networks theory and to control stamping using single-chip C8051F206 on the basis of BP is proposed. The simulation of classification experiment based on BP networks and SVM has been performed. The whole framework of the safety device and the design of the main module to implement the device are what we focus on.
