摘    要:本文利用优化原理,提出了根据许用压力角进行摆动从动杆盘状凸轮机构运动设计的新方法。它在只给出许用压力角从动杆运动规律及其摆动角度和相应的凸轮转角的情况下,借助计算机直接求出凸轮的最小基圆半径、摆杆长度和摆杆初始位置角。这种数学分析法在原理上兼有图解法简明、易懂的优点,同时又克服了图解法繁复、精度低,以致实际上不大被采用的缺陷。它是一种精确简捷的方法。

Abstract:Using the optimal principle and basing on the permissible pressure angle, a new method of kinematic design of disc cam mechanism with swinging follower is preseted. For the permissible pressure angles, the motion law and the swinging angle of follower as well as the cam rotation angle are given, using computer, the minimum radius of the cam base circle, the length and the initial position angle of follower can be obtained directly. The mathematical analysis has the advantages of being both simple and demonstrative and easily understood. The disadvantages of the complicated and inaccurate graphical method have been overcome.
