扭矩传感器在混凝土搅拌匀质性补充判据研究上的应用

针对目前国内的混凝土搅拌设备在搅拌的匀质性判断方面存在的不足，提出根据搅拌过程中搅拌轴扭矩梯度的变化来作为补充性判据，应用应变式传感器，对搅拌轴所受的应变进行了测量，设计制作了测量电路，并对影响电桥工作的零漂，寄生电容等做了理论分析和实际解决方案，给出了采用CL818组成的系统结构和设计方法；该系统可以为混凝土搅拌计算机监控系统加入了补充判据，从而指导生产过程的控制操作。

Application of Torque Transducer in the Research of Supplementary Homogeneity Criterion of Concrete Blending

A supplementary homogeneity criterion which depends on the change of the grads of blending shaft torque is put forward in consideration of the imperfection in the concrete blending homogeneity criterion being used domestically at present. An electric circuit with strain gage is designed to measure the strain of the blending shaft and the factors impairing the work of electric bridge are theoretically discussed. Some practicable methods to solve them are brought forward as well. It also provides a A/D conversion system based on PCL818 which can add this supplementary homogeneity criterion to PC control concrete blending system to guide the operation in the process of production.
