摘    要:针对青海油田抽油机井系统效率偏低的客观实际,选取七个泉油田这一高能耗区块作为节能示范区,从提高抽油机井系统效率机理入手,通过应用节能产品及节能技术改造,极大地改善"三抽"设备的工况,延长"三抽"设备的使用寿命,同时摸索出一套适用于示范区块的抽油机井优化方法,解决了以往由于杆柱设计不合理、抽汲参数过大等导致系统效率偏低的问题。通过开展该项技术,示范区块油井的运行能耗大大降低,系统效率从12.94%提高到18.6%,对今后提高青海油田抽油机系统效率具有重要借鉴意义。

Abstract:In view of the objective fact that the system efficiency of the pumping unit wells in Qinghai Oilfield is low, Qinggequan Oilfield, a high-energy-consumption area, is selected as a demonstration area to save energy. Based on analyzing the mechanism of enhancing the system efficiency of pumping wells, utilizing energy-saving products, and conducting technological transformations for energy saving, the behavior of pumping units is greatly improved and the working life of pumping units is prolonged. What's more, an optimization approach of pumping unit wells, which is suitable for demonstration areas, is developed. This solves the problems of low system efficiency caused by the unreasonable rod design and the excessively large pumping parameters. The system efficiency is increased to 18.6% from 12.94%, which may be a good reference to improving the system efficiency of pumping units in Qinghai Oilfield in the future.
