压力容器贴板绕丝抑爆筒体应力分析

摘    要:对内压筒体上的环向裂纹采取筒体外加轴向贴板及钢丝预应力缠绕的方法来止裂抑爆。采用初参数法对贴板钢丝缠绕区筒体应力进行了分析,得到筒体总应力表达式。算例表明,筒体经贴板钢丝缠绕后,能有效降低其应力水平。

Abstract:The technique for crack and burst arresting using arched strip and wound wire is adopted for the internal pressure cylinder with serious surface crack. By means of original parameter method, the stress on cylinder's winding area is analyzed, formula for total stress of the cylinder is obtained. The example shows that the stress can be reduced effectively with the arched strip and wound wire. It would be of practical value.
