低温高活性甲醇水蒸气重整制氢催化剂的研究

摘    要:研究了Cu/La2 O3 /ZrO2 基催化剂在甲醇水蒸气重整制氢反应中的反应活性、选择性及其还原行为 ,并考察了反应条件 (温度、水醇比、液体空速 )对活性和选择性的影响。结果表明 :Cu/La2 O3 /ZrO2 基催化剂在甲醇水蒸气重整制氢反应过程中显示出较好的反应活性和高的选择性。在常压、反应温度 190~ 2 40℃、液体空速为 1 0~ 3 0h-1和水醇摩比为 1~ 3 0的反应条件下 ,甲醇转化率随着反应温度的升高而增大 ,重整产物中CO含量有所增加 ;提高水醇比有利于提高甲醇转化率 ,同时可降低重整产物中CO含量 ;甲醇转化率随着液体空速的增加有所降低 ,而重整产物中CO含量也有所降低。在Cu/La2 O3 /ZrO2 基催化剂上 ,甲醇重整反应和水 汽变换反应有可能同时进行

Abstract:A series of Cu/ La2O3/ZrO2 catalysts were studied for production of hydrogen from methanol-steam reforming,while the reactive conditions (reaction temperature,feed ratio etc.) have also been tested.The results show that Cu/ La2O3/ZrO2 catalysts have high low-temperature activity and good selectivity.The reaction conditions were investigated using Cu/ La2O3/ZrO2(Cu∶Zr=1) catalyst over a temperature 190~230℃, methanol-water space velocities (WHSV) 1.0~3.0h-1 and water:methanol molar ratio 1.0~3.0. It showed that methanol conversion and CO concentration in the overall products increased with reaction temperature;Methanol conversion and CO concentration decreased with methanol-water WHSV increase;CO concentration decreased, methanol conversion increased with the water:methanol ratio going up.The experimental results also indicated that methanol reforming and water gas shift (WGS) reactions maybe take place simultaneously.
