摘    要:电站锅炉启动用油是构成电厂发电成本的重要组成部分,开发新的点火技术,减少电厂燃油耗量,降低发电成本具有很强的现实意义。在解决了一系列技术难题后,实现了等离子无油点火。为此分析了点火过程中一次风速、煤粉浓度、磨煤机出口温度和煤粉细度等对等离子点火的影响。通过等离子无油点火技术的应用,大大节约了锅炉启动过程中燃油的消耗。

Abstract:The cost of oil used for boiler startup accounts for large portion of generation cost. Therefore the development of new ignition technology,reduction of oil consumption and generation cost has great significant for the present. After a series of technical problems were solved, non-oil ion ignition achieved during cold start. Meanwhile analysis was made on how primary air, concentration of pulverized coal, mill outlet temperature and pulverized coal fineness affected ion ignition. The application of such technology greatly reduced the oil consumption during boiler startup.
