摘    要:旋转机械的振动具有其复杂性和特殊性,在各个响应频率下,转子的轴心运动轨迹是一个椭圆.结合全矢谱分析技术,提出一种旋转机械故障诊断新方法--用轴心轨迹椭圆的面积描述转子振动状态,同时提出矢振比和全矢瞬时幅速图两个概念.在此基础之上提取出有效的故障信息特征值,最后将新方法应用于故障诊断实践中.结果表明,这种方法具有可识别转子的振动状态、能清晰判断转子的正反进动、提高分析判断速度、灵敏度高等优点,是一种实用的旋转机械故障诊断分析新方法.
